The prices listed on our website are in Euros (€) and do not include VAT or shipping costs. Prices are subject to change without notice and are valid while stocks last.

Order Cancellation:
You can cancel your order at any time before entering your details and completing the payment. Simply close the page or remove the items from your cart to cancel the order.

Secure Payment:

MemiFox.gr offers the following payment method: bank transfer. Delivery, if the product is available, will be made within 30 working days from the date of payment completion. Delivery to the designated shipping agency is considered as delivery to the buyer.

Delivery Policy:

If the product is available, delivery will be made within 30 working days from the date of payment completion. Distribution is carried out by a transportation agency selected and paid for by the customer. The company assumes no responsibility for the transport of the products. Goods are shipped at the customer’s risk, responsibility, and expense. Delivery of goods to the relevant transportation agency or Greek Post is considered delivery to the buyer. Ownership of the goods remains with the seller until full payment is made.

Delivery of your order may be delayed due to extreme weather conditions, strikes, or any force majeure events that could affect the transport and delivery of the ordered products. Additionally, delays may occur if communication via phone or email is not possible (for example, if there is an issue with your order or payment due to incorrect or outdated information). If the product you ordered is out of stock, a company representative will contact you promptly to provide alternative options.

Return Policy:

Returns are not accepted unless the company is at fault. For any discrepancies, damage, or defects in products upon receipt, the customer must inform us within 7 days. The customer is responsible only for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned products, we will resend your order.

Intellectual Property Rights:

By using our services, you agree not to engage in wholesale reselling or any commercial use of the products without explicit written consent from the company. All intellectual property rights for the photos and files provided by memifox.gr belong to the company. These materials should be used exclusively for reselling products purchased from the company. If the company detects any misuse, it reserves the right to take legal action against the client.

Please note that the intellectual property rights of graphic designs used in the production of products sold through memifox.gr are owned exclusively by the company. The photos used in production are provided at your own risk and may not be owned by us, as we provide printing services at your request. The client holds full responsibility for the intellectual property rights of all photos sent to the company for processing. If it comes to our attention that the client does not own the intellectual property rights to the photos provided for processing, the company reserves the right to refuse to process the order.
